About Us
Hawthorne Ridge is a small, 89 lot community located on Lake Conroe in Montgomery County, TX. Our 89 residential properties include waterfront, waterview and beautiful interior lots. Our community includes a private park area and boat launch.
Professionally Managed
We have contracted with IMC Management to handle day to day management operations of our subdivision including deed restriction compliance, maintenance fee collection and bookkeeping.
